Get ready. Pay the gasman. Fire up the van. And get your ticket to the show. Jeff Daniels will be performing at Jonathan’s Ogunquit on Friday, Jan. 16.
He’s on the road in support of his new album, “Days Like These.” That’s right, Jeff Daniels plays music. And, he’s quite good at it. Surrounding himself with the Ben Daniels Band (his son), he plays an impressive blend of back-country, porch-stompin’ folk that’s sure to pique the ears of music fans in tune to the John Prines and Greg Browns of the world.
Daniels is a lot of things outside of being one of the better-known versatile actors in Hollywood. He owns his own theater company, The Purple Rose, and releases his musical endeavors on his own record label, Boomadeeboom Records.
He also admits to weeping openly when Martin built a custom series guitar for him.
